You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This gives you ample time to decide if your purchase is the right fit for your Bonehead lifestyle.
📦 Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. This ensures that every Bonehead receives products that meet our quality standards.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. We take extra care to ensure these items meet your specifications, and proof is sent prior to production.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our location in Canada. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office as well.
